I really enjoy being able to use the gym whenever I need too. With the work schedule I have, which can be all hours of both the day/night it really allows me to maintain my workouts. Staff is always friendly and the variety of gym equipment allows me to focus on all areas of my body for both muscle building as well as my cardio.

I like that this facility in Beamsville is not crowded and that I can work out anytime on any equipment that I want here.

Great gym, no showers. Wide array of equipment for a small place. Rarely busy.
