Easy lake access, though a small lake. Nice beach too. Lots of great trails, paved and unpaved. Good playground for the kids.
Nice place. It was early spring so there was still some spring clean up to be done at our last visit. I'm sure once the weather warms up and school gets out they'll have it looking good again.

I liked it. I wish they more volleyball courts. The playground area was really clean and they have a large pavilion for activities. I don't have children but the playground had this really soft plush fake turf that made it look wheelchair accessible which I thought deserved it a extra star.
Good walking path, although we encountered several bikes. You will need to walk the longer path shown on park maps as the path that cuts it in half is under way and appears to have been for a long time.
Great playground for younger kids. All the platforms are lower so you don’t need to worry about falls from high up like other playgrounds. There’s a pavilion with plenty of picnic tables nearby and a bathroom that’s open during the summer.
