My husband and I bought a building from 1934 that needed a new foundation. It was a huge undertaking. We are so happy we chose SMR to do the work. These folks are real pros. At every level. Assessment was spot on, the execution was smooth and they stayed in constant communication with us. We really could not have asked for a better experience. SMR is trustworthy, efficient and the team is a pleasure to work with. We HIGHLY recommend their services.
We were referred to SMR Experts from my husband's boss' brother who is a home inspector. Joseph came to our house and gave us a rough estimate. We had to install and french drain and raise our balcony. He gave us the pros and cons for our scenario.nnWe had scheduled a date but in the end had to postpone the job. He was very understanding and simply advised to let them know a week before so they can prep.nnWhen his crew came they did a great job. Great group of guys that work hard and work as as team. They always answered our questions.nnGreat company to hire. Would definitely recommend!
They may be working hard, but they are showering the area with styrofoam. I doubt it's biodegradable, and that they plan on doing a thorough cleanup afterwards. Even if they do, so much has already blown away... If it's not possible to do this work without making a mess, make a new way or don't do it.nnI don't care how much you need money, destroying the environment like this should be unacceptable and you all should be ashamed of yourself.
If I could give a lower reviews I would. This guys are working at a school in Mercier Quebec. We live next door to the area where they are working. They started throwing bricks and construction debris into an empty metal trailer at 6 am! They aren’t following the noise or construction bylaws that say you can’t start making noise before 7am. It’s two days in a row they’re waking up the whole neighbourhood.nnInconsiderate, unprofessional and illegal.
Our Co-op called SMR for major work to waterproof the foundation ,french drain installation,and a whole lot of work related to it. The SMR team came to the site and very very professional,courteous and reliable. Extremely happy with their work and would recommend this company to anyone needing quality work done.Another thing was that all work was completed one month ahead of schedule. No complaints whatsoever
