She's fast and efficient and makes the service as pain free as a wax can get. I absolutely love this place! I had previously went to a waxing service for a Brazilian and it was horrible but when I went to smooth wax bar it was the most quickest, painless and cleanest place I’ve been too! My review is a bit late but I think it still holds true: I won't be returning. I decided to go here based on their website of being clean and professional...boy, was that misleading... Firstly, is it not strange that you have to sign a liability form releasing the employees and company if they do anything to harm you during the service..what about if they are negligent?...never have I ever heard of that before at any wax place! so I already went in feeling nervous. The room was not very clean saw dust and hair all over the floor and surfaces, wax person socialized with me as if they read off a script, and she went way too fast for comfort I understand turnover but come one now...  Pay a bit more and go somewhere good in the core of Toronto - I wanted to save a bit of $ so I went here - trust me, there are better places.  P.s. the wax does not feel any less painful than normal wax, nothing special about it, especially when they're ripping it off fast. If you want something more natural, go for sugaring, its less painful and more natural.Services:&nbsp;Brazilian waxing

Ashley was absolutely amazing! This was my second wax experience ever. The first time, at a different salon, it traumatized me. The experience was so awful I didn't think I could ever endure waxing again. But I decided to give it one more shot - the entire team at Smooth Wax Bar was so friendly, caring and supporting on my wax journey and Ashley made it very comfortable and relaxing for me. I will definitely be back and wouldn't see anyone other than Ashley!
