My dog somehow scratched his eye and it had swelled up pretty bad so I brought him in to get checked out. From the beginning I did not get a good impression, the place was dirty and I didn't feel comfortable with him touching my dog's eye because his hands were filthy and he was not gentle with him at all. On top of the brief exam that cost $85, he added an additional charge of $60 for "extra time" which he could not adequately explain "for filing" was the excuse he gave. He also sold me painkillers when my dog showed no signs of being in pain. All in all I went in for antibiotics and walked out with a bill for $273. I went back to challenge the extra fees and he ended up refunding me $50 but I am not happy with the experience and will not be going back.
Dr. Doktor is absolutely amazing. Very direct and to the point, does not beat around the bush. Opened up his clinic on his day off to help my emergency situation. Was able to direct me to a location that would be able to accommodate my dogs needs should he require further treatment.
Unbelievable expensive!!! Get quotes BEFORE you do anything!!! SHOP AROUND. Oh, and they charge $2 per km for travel!! 27.1km away ~NOT RECOMMENDED~ Last vet to visit, came from twice the distance, and charged us $60 for travel. Even our farrier, who comes from Edmonton for $50 travel cost! BEWARE! WOW!!
Great prices and the owner/ veterinarian cares about the well being of the animal rather than how much he can make off people. I will never go anywhere else.

We have 4 dogs and 2 Cats that go to the clinic. They are always accommodating and willing to help our animals even if outside of regular business hours.
Thank you for being so great and helpful when we needed an answer. I called on Monday morning and was assisted within the same morning. Great staff, great help and highly recommended.
They did tests on my dog when I asked for a urinalysis only... I refused to pay the bill and still do.
