Very clean friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also sell the juul products at the same rate as online. Unlike other places that RIP you off. I drive out of my way to go there definitely worth it. Especially if your looking into quitting and want advice from people that know. No pressure either. Give it a shot you WONT be disappointed.
Very surprised by the low reviews so I decided to log in and give my opinion. Vaping for four years now so I've tried a lot of places lol. I've been coming here quite out of my way once every two weeks for about a year now for all my vape juice. Hands down the best prices in town, by farcheaper than every website I've tried too, somehow; they always have the exact juice I like in stock 18mg tobacco flavour, not the easiest to find and the staff has always been great with me. Thanks for the great service, I appreciate it!
Nice place nice staff. Only problem is and I only find out now is that my boyfriend came here awhile ago waiting outside. When the guy started opening the door, he told my boyfriend he was late because he “had to go to the bank to get money for the till, sorry for the wait”. My boyfriend left a review letting you guys know that he had been waiting outside despite the hours saying you were open. You reply to him here on google saying that the store was opened late due to an employee getting into a car accident....even though he was verbally told the reason the person was late wasn’t because someone got into an accident, rather the till needed money. You told him that you “don’t deseve a 1 star rating for someone getting into a car accident”. But he gave that rating with the information he was told. Not sure which is true, accident or the money issue. Either way he didn’t give a bad review because he thought someone almost died. Please don’t assume everyone giving a 1 star review is a terrible person. He was well in his rights to give a 1 star review for standing outside when it was still pretty chilly out, past opening hours with the excuse of “till needs more money”. I’m very certaIn that if he was told someone got into an accident, he’d have wished the person well :
I'm sorry to say I have to change my review to one star. I bought a smok AL85 and it worked great 7days later the screen stopped working I can't tell where my battery is at or change any settings. It's a defective unit. I looked up online before I went back with the unit, box and receipt and was told they would not replace it. It's a defective unit. Its not like I wanted money back I just wanted a unit that worked I paid $90 for this 7 days ago and they won't replace a unit with a known issue. I'm disgusted by this. Now I must say the staff that works there is fantastic and the woman was sympathetic to my situation but she said the manager made these rules and it's been an issue with defective units before. I will not shop there again. After buying the unit I we t back the next day, bought an Extra battery and more vape juice. This location is was convenient for me and I planned on it being my vape store and other smokeing needs. Not now after this. Please, I urge anyone to not shop here sometimes vape units can be defective and a reputable store will either replace it or refund you. STAY AWAY
Bought a rig there and had a problem with it there was white powder coming out of it, called the store to see if there was anything they could do or if they had any advice. Was told to come back to the store and the manager would be called. Went back to the store and was essentially called a liar and told there was nothing that could be done, no manager was called. Very unpleasant experience. Will not ever be going back.
I am new Hamilton and was my first and last time i will do business there... i bought a brand new vaporizer for shatter the previous evening.... the clerk was knowledgeable in his products...so he sold me a vaporizer. When i got home.. i opened up my new purchase..only to find that it was missing the small tool used to place the goodies on the coils... so i improvised...using a toothpick until i was able to return to the store the next morning.. When i returned the next morning... i explained to the sales guy that the box was missing the tool... he continued to stand firm by the store policy that thete werr no refunds or exchanges... i told him i didnt want a refund or an exchange... i just want a tool so i can properly use my vaporizer... he said that they sell inexpensive ones and that i can buy one for $10.00... i hit the roof... the gaul of this guy trying to sell me more stuff... something that i should have got in the box when i bought the vaporizer..... I will never return to this store... and neither will any of my friends that recommended this store to me.... too bad.....
Purchased a vaporizer. Broke in a week. And they won't refund anything. Admitted to having them returned but continue to sell the item. No help. Terrible service. And won't stand by the products they sell. I give it no stars in sales and service. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Worst customer service I have ever had. Don't shop here!!! Wanted to buy ecig but wasn't willing to let me even touch the box to read it and see a picture. Held the box far back like we were gonna steal it. Wouldn't provide any info. No sale here. Went to signature vape for a great experience.
Really good place to get anything you need for consumption. All the employees are really friendly, and vary helpful. They know there stuff to make your trip there much easier. Vary clean and inviting.
So far have not had a problem shopping here. Find their products cheaper then other stores would sell them. Will forsure be returning
