Had an awesome experience with Chase. He is so knowledgeable and really took to time to offer his advise. I bragged so much about what a great experience I had. The next day I went in and had two ladies barely acknowledge my existence let alone offer to help. Totally the opposite experience than I had with Chase. Give chase some of the ladies salaries as they did nothing and he is the only reason why I would ever go back.n5+* for ChasenLadies with blonde hair - 0*

So now they want you to pay 31$ to become an elite member to buy the better concentrate products. For the same price fire and flower or value buds sell their products. Lost my business.

Waiting for 3 weeks for response on a purchased gift card that i bought for friend for her birthday she tried to use it and it says there is zero on it. Iam an elite member and it clearly shows that it was purchased and not used. Try to retify the situation with managers to no avail. Im thoughly digsusted with the situation. If this was ANY other reputable business it would have been fixed within a hour not 3 weeks. Ive discussed these policies with Fire & Flower and Value Buds and have been told this should never happen!!!! Still waiting!! Poor upper management and not store employees!!!
