Too salty, fries seemed overly saturated in oil and got lots of tiny pieces of fries that seemed to be leftovers from a previous batch. Certainly it was cooked way before and only warmed up with the sauce. Cheese was extremely squeaky and rubbery. They also displayed a small box which we weren’t allowed to order in that size. Ordered one with chicken which I didn’t see any off in the box. Definitely won’t eat here again.
Ordered a double pulled pork to go. Found a mix of pulled pork and bacon. Not enough gravy and fries too crispy. I was the only one in so not like they were slammed. Disappointed when I got home. Check your orders before you leave.
They got voted best poutine in the GTA area so I decided to go try it. The gentleman was very friendly and up sold me a combo with the new sides. I decided to go for popcorn chicken I missed the deep fried cheese curds. The poutine is always good. Good clean restaurant and good service it's a good poutine
Quality and taste has gone down a lot. Honestly at this point you’re better off going to a burger place or fast food restaurant and getting their poutine. Cheaper and probably tastes the same.
Amazing experience and poutine was amazing, Max was so friendly and kind and took his time explaining the different types of poutines they had, I must say been to a lot of places but never got the customer service like how I got today..customer service 10/10 . Definitely will be coming back
Always loved the bacon cheeseburger poutine. Nice blend of pork and beef, duo cheese curd and sauce and finished with a nice helping of gravy.
Great service and welcoming atmosphere. Made our order very quickly. Probably the best Smoke’s Poutinerie location that I’ve been to. Would definitely come back if in the area again.
The quality of the fries use to be better. The last two time I was there they where very small and overcooked.Food: 4/5
I have tried their butter chicken poutine.. it was sooo goood.....and I really wanna try their other poutines too...
Worth the price. I ordered the regular "meal size" traditional poutine with double cheese double gravy, and fried cheese curds on the side with ranch dip and their cheese dip. The poutine was THICK and HEFTY. Great gravy, perfect cheese curds, and everything was seasoned perfectly. The fried cheese curds were so freakin good I regret not getting a larger size. Matthew was the one who made my meal today and he absolutely nailed it. Awesome person, made me laugh, and he's clearly very good at his job. First time customer, definitely will be coming back. Cannot wait to try even more of the menu!
