The guys working today were so polite and helpful! Prices were really reasonable. They have an extensive hair care aisle and I was able to find so many cute beads for my daughters hair! They also have a meat market and small frozen food aisle. Spices smelled so fresh! I will definitely be back!
Very friendly service and great selection of African products! Currently the only location I know of in Kitchener-Waterloo that sells Cassava flour and white corn meal. I will definitely be coming back if/when I need more of the usual African starches!
Great place to shop for food stuff from Africa. I was very happy to find a lot of things from Nigeria- Peak milk, Nido, yam, maggi, curry to name a few. If you're looking for African products, this is a good place to visit. They also sell meals but I haven't tried those yet. I hope they expand and bring even more stuff from Africa.
I'd give no stars if possible, solely because of the terrible customer service. In my four visits, I've consistently been appalled by the rudeness and lack of courtesy. Despite their good range of products and good prices, the staff's behavior overshadows any positives. The atmosphere feels very unwelcoming and the lady who I presume to be the owner always seems annoyed. All of these make shopping here very difficult. I guess the lack of competition has made them very comfortable. They need to fix up before customers find alternatives.
