Really fantastic furniture store. We've been struggling to find the right set-up for our living room for years now. Had an interior decorator from the store come to our house and figure it out for us. They have so many brands in store we were able to customize the entire living room in store, right down to custom pillows!

Our First Sofa Purchase What: Orangeville Leathercraft sofa, same as the floor model in store. Why: This was our first sofa purchase. We wanted something to last and stand the trial of a toddler onwards. A month prior, we tried this sofa out at Smitty's and knew it would be hard to top that off. Since that moment, we shopped around online and all over the KW area for something as good, but we ended up back at Smitty's to purchase this sofa. Who helped us: Tracey. She was friendly, helpful, not persistent/pushy, answered all our questions, and addressed all our concerns. I definitely recommend shopping here if you want a no-pressure, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable experience. Their products are of fairly high quality and they definitely aren't looking for a quick buck from people.

We are thrilled with our new dining room suite from Smitty's! The entire experience was excellent from the moment I walked into the front door to the arrival of our new, exquisite furniture. It was a pleasure to work with Sarah, as she helped me greatly with my choices. Her pleasant manner and patience made the process enjoyable and productive. Her expertise with design was very much appreciated, as the custom Bermex order I was placing required many decisions on styles of: chairs, table, legs, fabric, apron, sizes, leaves, stain colour etc. Together, we came up with a perfect, classic and timeless set that will grace our dining room forever. There was no problem or issue with any part of the purchase, as I received exactly what I ordered and within the time-frame that was given. The delivery crew were friendly, careful and professional, and all other staff at Smitty's were kind and helpful. I will definitely make Smitty's my first stop for any future furniture needs and I will most definitely ask for Sarah!!
