Smitty's Family Restaurant

So I ordered a western Benny. Get my order which was a classic Benny from the waitress, and had two bites to realize I was eating the wrong Benny. The guy behind me was another customer who got my Benny and I got his Benny. The waitress/manager brings his plate over and goes do you want to put your potatoes on his plate and eat this Benny which he ate off of. I said no thank you. For there screw up they didn't charge me for 25cents of coffee. In the end make sure you get what you order or else you won't even get a discount for their screw up!

Had breakfast when traveling through 100 Mile House at Smitty’s. There didn’t seem to be too many breakfast options, but Smittys was very busy so we decided to go in.nnThe omelettes were very substantial, I could not finish mine. The other breakfast/brunch dishes were big portions too. Definitely good bang for your buck.nnIn terms of flavour, it’s very cozy home-made/diner feel. What you’d get from your in-law’s home for breakfast.nnService was quick, and food came out fast as well.

This was our second time going to Smittys and will never go back. Our last visit was ruined by a waitress who had a lot to say and totally rude to my husband. This waitress really needs to listen to customers' orders and saying my bad really doesn't cut it. I was upset, and my husband never git what he ordered. Will never go there again.

Work travel lunch. Host was friendly. Water and menu provided quickly. Food was tasty. I had gluten free mushroom omlete with the hashbrowns and hollandaise. Server was very busy.
