This Smitty's is exactly what you expect and that's not a bad thing. It's a reliable, older-style restaurant that serves decent food, especially when you're in the mood for a classic, filling breakfast.nWhat works:nBreakfast options are a standout. With large portions and a variety of choices, you get good value for your money. They even offer all-day breakfast.nThe food is solid and consistent. While it's not a culinary revelation, the food is exactly what you expect from a family restaurant, with some items like omelettes and skillets being especially well-regarded.nThe service is consistently efficient and friendly, with servers working hard to keep up even when it's busy.nWhat could be improved:nThe atmosphere is quite dull. It's an older building that could use a renovation to brighten up the dated decor.nThe coffee is not the best. If you're a black coffee drinker, you may find the coffee weak.nUltimately, Smitty's in 100 Mile House is a dependable, no-frills family diner. Come for the great breakfast and reliable service, and don't expect a thrilling dining experience.

Excellent breakfast here we loved it.. and the staff are wonderful especially Mel who looked after us she was very friendly and welcoming thankyou and a special thankyou to Dee for her wisdom and Ken thankyou

Filled the spot. Traveling family. Big country breakfast split between two folks. My onion rings were really good, a generous portion. Pancakes were good. The strawberries were from the freezer. Fresh strawberries and whipped cream would have made it more enticing. I liked the plates with flowers on them. Made the meal feel special. Thanks Smitty's.

We’ve been coming to this Smitty’s for over 10 years now and it’s always been good. Somewhat recently ownership changed and so did a couple of menu items. The food was fresh and served in a timely manner. At issue is why does ownership change things up when they didn’t have to? The wrap I usually order now has spring mix instead of iceberg, the fries are always way underdone and tasteless and the hamburger item my husband usually gets has changed as well. The staff are friendly. This location is in dire need of a renovation especially the bathroom. We will cone again at some point but we’ll try some other places for now.nnUPDATE…way better. Wrap, soup and burger fries too were all great and fresh. Service excellent.

Amazing restaurant! We went for breakfast and had the big country breakfast. Portions are big, staff is super friendly and forthcoming. Fresh coffee, crunchy hashbrowns, perfect eggs. What more could you ask for?
