Smitty's Family Restaurant

Not happy with the management in the restaurant. I came in to eat a lesuirely dinner and just sit. I had a fantastic waitress who understood my need for space. But I was approached at 7:55 by management to "settle my bill" because they were closed. When i apologized and commented that i thought they closed at 8, i was informed "I was the only diner left, and she needed to close out. But I could sit as long as I like as she had an hour of paperwork left." I had just finished EATING and hadn't even finished chewing my last bite of food. I will NEVER go back again. I work in the same industry and would never push a customer to "settle up" before they were ready.

Found a gross short pubic looking hair under neath an easy over egg. When I addressed it the older woman told me "these things happen" in a blatantly smug tone. It was absolutely disgusting. Haven't been back since and we were regular Sunday customers. If you are native and have a complaint with your food or service you are definitely dealt with in a different rude manner, than if you were of a lighter shade of skin and complaining.

Great Breakfast Specials. Wild pink Salmon is great. Only serves Corn with a few Carrots for veggies. No variety on veggies.

Prices of meals on the menu were high for a standard breakfast chain, and particularly so for the seniors meals, which are usually half size. The food we were served was bland and not particularly appealing aesthetically. The server was very nice however. Entrance into the restaurant is quite difficult for someone in a wheelchair as there is too much of a ridge at the main door.
