I truly wish there were more companies like Access Storage - Smithville! Beginning with my first call to this company I was treated with prompt, polite & knowledgeable representatives from the get go! Just when I couldn't ask for more I then had the pleasure to speak with Lynda who was a true Gem to work with.  Lynda answered all my questions completely and professionally and made me feel like I was their best customer....even though this was my first encounter Access Storage. Thank you Lynda for going the extra mile in helping me with my specific storage issue!!  Much Appreciated!!

Patrick was extremely helpful & pleasant on the phone and answered my questions professionally.  When I went to the office to fill out the paperwork both Patrick and Lynda were friendly and helpful.  Highly recommend!!
