This clinic has disappointed me and my family with the way most of the staff were working.nnWhen we first entered the place, we noticed 2 female workers chitchatting in the front desk. They made no acknowledgment of our entrance. We waited for approximately 2-3 minutes but they completely ignored our presence. So we made the effort to initiate and ask where we’re supposed to wait.nnWhen we went to the “reception D” there was this old lady working there and she told us we were late even though it was through their system that we received a text saying we come in @2pm, we were already there at around 1:45pm. Other than that, the way she was informing us about our appointment and the way she’s insisting she’s right, she’s using a tone and facial expressions showing attitude and just seems like superiority which we do not appreciate.nnThis is not the first time one of our family members experienced this. 2 years ago, the same woman working there showed the same attitude and racism towards my mom. And it is really sad and ironic how in healthcare we always find the most disrespectful people. When people should be accommodating and kind towards patients. We decided not to go to this clinic ever again.
Linda, the technologist who performed my mammogram was fabulous! She was very verbal at what is happening and expected. Very gentle and constantly asked if I was comfortable and doing ok. I was told horrible experiences about getting a mammogram but after my own personal experience with Linda…I say they’ve just had a “not-so-good” technologist because none of it was painful or uncomfortable. Thank you Linda
I have never had issues at this clinic. The staff has been incredible accommodating! The doctors have been amazing to me and treated me kindly always.
Very rude staff !! Lady at front desk with short hair almost bald with glasses is super disrespectful and doesn't know what's she's doing ! If you're upset with where you work or what you do for work then don't do that particular job !!! A lot of older people go here and the way she talks to them is absolutely despicable. She should be fired. This whole clinic is a complete mess ! They've lost many tests they had to take from me. I will be switching providers, and I do NOT recommend.
I had an appointment booked for 3 months…. Day of cancelled. How unprofessional. It was an excuse that I didn’t have a referral within the last year…. Could have mentioned that when I booked. Unorganized disaster.
