I have been going to Smith clinic for the past 10 years. The staff is so friendly as long as you have an appointment and the doctors are so accommodating and professional.
The admin staff here clearly have no idea how they are supposed to function as an OIS clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional and trying to cite rules that simply don't exist. The staff here have done nothing but give me and people I know the runaround and poor service, including scheduling appointments with doctors who are on vacation and having them sit in the waiting room for an hour to see someone who isn't there, and then offering no solution to see someone else. Avoid this clinic at all costs. It's too bad negative or 0 stars are not an option.
Terrible clinic ever been to. I would never recommend to anyone. Just the way how so called “doctor”, just because of one person i am giving 1 star, i would have given negative if there was an option. You should really learn how to talk to people.nI would consider not going to this clinic if i had reviewed all the reviews . My bad, those reviews really represent the entire clinic.
I've been seeing Dr. Ndubuisi at Smith Clinic for almost 2 years, and she is wonderful! She's knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She understands elderly care and our problems; 5 stars!
I’ve been on the same medication for 3 years now. I’ve never had an issue getting a 3 month refill for this medication as I need to take it DAILY, and going to the clinic once a month for a refill when you work full time isn’t easy. But for some reason Dr Kelley “wasn’t comfortable” filling my medication for the second time now and was hesitant on even giving me a month.nnAnd he was also extremely rude aswell as most of the people working reception. Sadly the amazing doctors and receptionists are overwhelmed by the terrible ones.
