For every 1 good Dr there. You'll encounter 4 or 5 laughably incompetent and condescending ones, that don't realize they aren't the only educated ones in the room. Although not much you can do , as they are the only Dr's office in town.About 12 Dentist offices. It's ridiculous, rotten at the core and the reviews are accurate. Unfortunately most of us have no choice but to go there. But go elsewhere if you can.
I attended the radiography department in the Smith Clinic for a mammogram and ultrasound. The receptionists and radiography team with very caring and helpful. They definitely made the whole experience as comfortable as possible.
Terrible receptionist. Worst I've ever seen unreal lack of compassion the doctors are either amazing or trying to kill you. Pathetic if I could I would give -100 stars the clinic needs to be re staffed start over its a crime to humanity
I give this place no stars at all. Absoulutely incompetent people here. Also very little compassion at this place. Well seems i have to give at least one star to give this review, just know its zero stars for me at this place.
I was reffered to a dr here and was made a 12:30 appointment over the phone for today by their receptionist. I showed up about 10min early and found nobody at any of the reception desks so i asssumed i would be called in by a doctor and i sat down. I sat in the nearly empty waiting room untill 12:50 before someone finally came out and asked why i hadent been signed in yet? I explained i was never called and there was nobody at the desk to speak with. I was then told because i was 20min "late" for my appointment i would need to leave and reschedual almost 2months from now. Im sorry??? Was i expected to go behind the desk and sign MYSELF in??? After veiwing the website my theory as to why there was no receptionists is because they arent technically open noon-1pm?... ABSOLUTELY LAUGHABLE SERVICE... please avoid this clinic for your own sanity.
Very disappointed from doctors 5 days to go i came to check up for diarrhea, bloating and gas problems I already gave my blood test report to doctor and no one gave me medicine for all the problems. I’m loosing weight and energy by not digest anything due to all this problems. I don’t where should i go for medicine.
This people are very unprofessional, my daughter had a 1230 appointment she went in at 1215 there were no receptionist or anyone there to help, sat in waiting till 1250 when a doctor checked her in, but told her she missed here appointment and wouldn't help her. She was early but could get helped until it was to late then told her next appointment will be in September. So save your till and go elsewhere if you need help.
Dr.Fletcher did an outstanding job on my surgery so caring and professional, my area he worked on healed perfectly and after only two weeks I was back to work his staff as well made a scary situation feel like it was a breeze and put my mind at ease, thank you to all at the smith clinic for all the stated reasons I have posted. And god bless you all stay healthy happy and live life to the fullest I know I will now. And for those complaining about masks it seems to me you don't care about yourselves or other folks coming in to see there surgeon. Bring a mask or quit complaining about the service due to the pandemic.
i just want to get a requisition for my clearly broken foot i called at exactly 8:30 to try to make a walk in appointment like the lady i talked to told me to do yesterday. i have been booted off the hold 3 times and waited half an hour just to be told walk ins have been booked up and theres plenty of people in my boat. "especially with the shortage of family doctors". no wonder why nobody wants to work there. you guys never fail to disappoint me in every single way you can possibly do so. ive never had an easy experience at the smith clinic if i had any option other than emergency in camrose i would take it. might as well since the clinic clearly doesn't care.
The lady who answer the phone is so rude and its so hard to deal with. She will reject right away without asking any question what is the reason you are calling. I'm trying to be nice to her but she feels like she owned the clinic and we cant have any doctors. Please make action on this matter.
