I am so happy with my dental care. Dr Santiago and her team are so thorough and strive for perfection. My husband is now her patient and I brought my kids who are all very happy to be under Dr Santiago's care. Dr Santiago is unique in that she gives the personal touch: she calls to check on her patients after procedures (this is rare), she has the latest and greatest technology and she is meticulous. It's obvious that her staff loves working there, too. The hygienists, dental assistant, and business associates are kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

It's hard to explain just how AMAZING Dr. Santiago and her team are!! They are all so knowledgeable and they help their patients to understand what is happening and why they are doing or recommending what they are. The most important thing though is how they make you feel from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone there welcomes you and you will immediately feel relaxed (even when you may have something a bit scary coming up). They always ask questions about your family and you can tell that they truly care about their patients. They will take the time to talk to you, make you comfortable and make you feel as if you are their number 1 priority. I trust Dr. Santiago and her entire team with the care of my family and strongly encourage you to do the same. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I am so impressed with my visit as a new patient to Dr. Santiago's office. The service and professionalism was top notch. From the moment I arrived, until I walked out the door, staff was highly attentive and answered all my questions. The initial exam was more thorough than any other I have ever experienced. I ended up needing a procedure done and they happened to be able to fit me in immediately. Dr. Santiago was so gentle and did such a great job. Not only did it not hurt (with no novocaine ), but she called me afterwards to check in on me to see that all was OK. I will be HIGHLY recommending this office to all my friends.

I've been a patient for over thirty years.  The entire staff is super.  Nice, concerned, caring individuals.  I love Kathy, my dental hygienist.  I can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental work.

Dr. Santiago and the staff are the best.  They are so kind and thoughtful. Dr.Santiago is current with the latest advances in dentistry. My own particular life situation is always been taken into account. Treatment options are offered but none are pushed.  She always gives you and honest diagnosis, prognosis and what treatment is available.  They are all splendid people  always kind, patient and understanding and more than ready to help in any way.
