It is difficult to put it in words at how grateful I am for how beautifully I have been treated and the awesome smile I now have. It has been something I have wanted for many years. Being a high anxiety patient, the team helped me become more comfortable. Thank you Dr. Lowe and team.
I was very happy with Kevin's work. He repaired my front teeth and they feel wonderful–better than the originals. I am very happy with the work I have received thus far. Moreover, I was served quicker due to a cancellation, which I really appreciated.
Excellent service. I was running late to the point of having to reschedule, but the lovely lady on the phone was able to shift things around and get me another appointment on the same day, giving me lots of time and removing anxiety. My hygienist Rebecca was kind and diplomatic as she dug her way through the hard-to-remove plaque I hate flossing! and made gentle suggestions of using an electric brush and strategies on more success with floss. Thank you for putting the Smile in Smiles by Design!
Whether in person or over the phone, it is an absolute pleasure contacting the office of "Smiles By Design" and being greeted by Infinety! Along with being extremely knowledgeable and professional, Infinety possesses a rare combined quality of having a very warm welcoming voice and manner coupled with an abundance of expertise. This particular routine appointment was for a dental cleaning with the hygenist Julia. Julia's technique, skill and cheerful disposition make the cleaning an almost spa experience! I always come away feeling a little more educated on the current process which I very much appreciate! Julia does such a meticulous and thorough job! Is it weird that I almost look forward to my cleaning?! Always a pleasure and great experience! I've been a long time customer of this office 35 years and have had my dental needs serviced by many of the staff members. The entire office team is very professional and caring. We are very fortunate to have such wonderful dental care on Vancouver Island.
I absolutely love this place. My dentist Dr. Kevin McDougall is extremely knowledgeable and a true master at dentistry. Highly professional and extremely polite and great to interact with. I would reccommend him to anyone. I have been going there for years and every filling or other work I've gotten done has been 100% perfect
Wonderful and kind dentists. I had ti have 2 teeth extracted. He did in a a manner where I hardly felt anything! I would highly recommend them.
I had a recent teeth cleaning, from the receptionist Heather to the Hygienist were friendly and professional. Even though Tuesday was a busy day more than usual, everything is streamlined and quick. Highly recommend. Parking is available at the back on the right which is great. 16 Jan 2023. As usual I am greeted by the always friendly Heather at the front, it's always a pleasure going in and seeing the same friendly faces. I saw a Hygienist who I had seen for a while and again, super friendly, made me feel right at home and comfortable. I saw my dentist who again friendly and welcoming and looking out for my health. A very caring team. Highly recommended.
I have always received amazing service from the team at Smiles, it keeps me coming back year after year. Dr. Kevin MacDougal is knowledgeable and gentle.
I had my initial appointment with Dr. Lowe and Dee the other day. And I have to say I was impressed with my experience. Heather checked me in and after a little paperwork it wasn't long before Dr. Lowe and Dee were doing a thorough examination of all my teeth. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Lowe's light touch and also he took the time to just talk so we could get to know one another a bit before he began his examination. I have confidence in Dr. Lowe and his team and have booked a couple of follow up appointments. I've had my couple of visits since my first appointment for some major work. It all seems good so far. Sometimes an additional cavity may be found along the way, so just be prepared for extra billing come checkout time. Great that these could be addressed without an additional visit. A little chit chat about feeding cats and what's going on during the weekend by the professionals is the new normal. If you're not use to this, just a heads up. Thank you! See you in March.
Great place.....from the girl at the reception....to the Dentist....and the amazing Dental hygienist..... positive experience ! I will surely recommend this place to friends
