Impacted wisdom teeth extracted root left in situ. I was told after the procedure everything was out. I do a re visit no previous surgical notes from extraction that involved opening a flap extraction and closing. what happened? The doctor didn’t write any notes. First thing “we’re going to do Xray “ I was here last week I did an X-ray why should I repeat no answer. I feel I have a cyst post surgery. “no your issue is the root as we see on the Xray “ I insist then on examination yes I can see I cyst and we’re going to refer you.. I have never seen people practicing medicine in a very disorganized manner like what I have experienced at this facility and things have to change. I asked for my surgical notes and name of doctor who did the procedure no response one week later I called twice left a voice note no response. I go to the next doctor I’m asked what is the name of the doctor who did this I have no answer. I would give 0/5
I had two filling fell out in less than two weeks, I contacted the doctor here and she fixed it to me but in the way home the filling fell down again. In addition that my teeth sensitivity is extremely high now, and I’ve never complained about my teeth sensitivity before I come to this clinic. I honestly was very happy with my doctor at first time when I met her, she is a nice person and the staff are friendly too, but this is my honest review about my experience in the clinic.
Worst dentist’s office ever. Don’t go there if you are looking for professional dental care. Options are either fill cavity or pull tooth - not much in between. And cavities I’ve had done didn’t work, they either wore down or just plain fell out. To do more sophisticated work, they refer you to another office where they start with a treatment plan for a cost of almost $400.00 !!!!! with no work done. Not going back there ever again and won't go back to Smile City Dental either. I recommend you don't either.

I had a wisdom tooth that desperately needed to be pulled. They fit me in the same day I called. No long waits, straight to x-ray, then Dentist consulted with me and took it out. She was very kind, skilled, and made me feel comfortable. I am very glad I called them and will be visiting them for my dental needs going forward!
The best dental surgery I have ever been to. The staff are super friendly and try to do anything to help. But the shining star at this surgery is Dr Sushma Nalluri. I went needing fillings in some of my teeth the the entire time she talked me through and educated me on what she was doing to my teeth at the time. Taking to time to even show me the drilled tooth and explain what was happening and what needed to be done. It really helped put my mind at ease throughout the entire procedure to be kept in the loop this way. Not to mention they are extremely affordable! especially for Toronto. Cannot recommend this surgery enough!
To be honest their service was horrific, they over charged me for a clean for my kids and they are very unprofessional. I will not recommend them to anyone.
Definitely i give them 5 stars for AMAZING SERVICE!! I was a little nervous going here as it was my first time but I can confidently say I was very pleased with the service and I’m definitely coming back and referring my family and friends. Dr. Saima Chang is amazing, she discussed with me everything she was going to do and explained every step to me. She is highly knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. All stuff members are very nice and friendly and me very comfortable. Overall, the service is amazing and I’m glad I chose to come here i highly recommend to everyone
A great place to go to take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I needed to do periodontal teeth cleaning and Dr. Akbar and his team worked admirably. I felt that I was in good hands. All the staffs here were very gentle and kind to me. They clarified very well what was happening. Thanks to Dr. Akbar. I would definitely prescribe this center to my family and friends.
They are really friendly, Dr Akbar is a very kind and professional doctor, thank you very much.
