Food was surprisingly good. The staff is excellent. VERY CLEAN

Horrible wait the night I went. It was nearly 30 minutes from the time I ordered to me getting my burger. It seemed like everyone else there was waiting a long time for their orders and many were sent back due to errors. I've had better service here before so it was probably just a bad night.

Food is always great here. We normally get the single burgers and fries. It was a slow night so service was pretty fast. You always get a nice order of fries at smashburger. The buns are super fresh, and the burgers are always  cooked great. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast courteous.

I love smash fries. My double cheeseburger plain was so salty I couldn't and didn't eat it. This is my second visit and am wondering if I should return.

First time to a smashburger. The service was friendly quick and fast. I got a double with fries. The burger was fresh tasty and moist. The fries were so so. Liked them didn't love them.  Overall it is comparable to Culver's and Five guys. It is on the expensive side.

They are the best!  Good prices great staff and lotsa cold beer

Quick food that's fresh and a step up form a fast-food burger.

So I order a burger lettuce wrap no bun. What I get was a piece of hot wilted lettuce on the bottom of my container.  How can I hold that.  Two pickles throw in and no ketchup.  So much for trying to eat healthy.
