Do Not BooknMy friends and I arrived on Sunday morning for our scheduled paid!! appointment to discover the door locked and a sign saying permanently closed taped to the door. No update on the website or social media indicating this, and the website still allows bookings. So rude, unprofessional, and just unacceptable. Others were also waiting who had just booked that morning. Another told us others had arrived in the previous 24 hours without any warning the business was closed. I understand emergencies can happen but to not contact customers who have prepaid - and still allow bookings - this is just plain fraud.
The experience was satisfactory. Although there was only a small basket of glassware and cups, my friend and I made it last. We picked up the larger glass shards and bigger pieces and piled them to smash harder and for a longer amount of time. The staff was friendly and the rules were clear. Overall, I may do it again if it was cheaper.
NOT worth the money… even remotely.nnStaff not overly friendly. Place was quite dirty and there was no clean visors and had to ask for clean ones, and they weren’t busy… so just totally not taking care of the place. And gloves with holes in them and “shared” jumpers that may or may not fit us which look like they haven’t been washed… so no thanks even if they might fit.nnA small milk crate with things to “smash”… totally not worth the money and everything is extra. They should have decent size things to smash… maybe music… floors even in hall are dusty… I don’t know but such a fun idea and totally not a great vibe or experience for the amount of spend and you can’t bring outside stuff without spending more money…nnWe were there for about ten mins and spent $90…nnTotally underwhelming and staff didn’t really seemed to care to be there so there’s that too.
Got there early, the people working were very nice, very helpful.nnBreaking thrift store glass and ceramic was lots of fun and smart to use instead of buying new.nnNo complaints, would go again!
PERMANENTLY CLOSED - DO NOT BOOK!nnbooked a room this morning for this afternoon 2:15 pm and when we got there the doors were locked and there was a sign that said ‘permanently closed’.nnyou call the number and the phone rings inside, but no answer. Will have to go through bank for a dispute.nnSuper irresponsible on behalf of the business, especially since they are still allowing bookings through the website
