I came in last minute hour and a half before closing and the wonderful lady's Britney and Vanessa helped me transition from 20-30inches down to a beautiful inverted bob very nice and helpfulServices: Haircut
Friendly enough. Didn't say anything to the stylist as per my mother's wishes but my mom was given a different haircut then one that was pictured. I didn't say anything not only becuz my mom didn't want me to but also because hair grows back and $17 dollars isn't in my opinion to make a big deal about. Times are hard for everyone. I will say that it was my mom's choice to go there, but honestly smart styles can dress and update their salons all they want but I think they need to be giving the stylists in house classes and a specialist to help out. A In house teacher if you will. Has lots of potential for bettering and honing their skills and talents.
Haircuts are good. Scheduling service is horrendous. I checked in online for a 12:45 adult cut. At the time of scheduling appt app showed 5 minute wait time. I arrive 10 minutes early. After 10 minutes person in the stylist's chair leaves, a woman walks in and is taken before me. I sit for an additional 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Reminds me of a Sienfeld episode about the importance of "keeping the reservation. They can take the reservation they just cant keep the reservation"
Vanessa the manager gave me my perm and haircut. I never had so many compliments on my hair in my whole life. Will definitely be going back to her!!Services: Perms
My cut was great and my apprentice beautician, Brittany was so sweet and did an amazing job. I will be back again because I have before with my kiddo.
Walked in, and there was about 35 minute wait for a beautician so I did some shopping. Amanda clocked in and did a great job on my hair cut. I didn't do a shampoo due to personal allergies, but she rinsed my hair and asked me what style I wanted. I had only had my hair done by 4 other people before her ever, and so I was skeptical, but she gave great suggestions and cut and styled it so well that I will definitely go back to her in the future! Amanda is great and super happy with my new hair cut and style!
All the employees do a fantastic job! I've never had a bad experience with any of them. They have all been exceptional in their customer service skills. I will have to "tip my hat" to Brenda for the best shampoo job I've EVER had period!! Ladies.... Skip the spa and just go in and have Brenda shampoo & condition your hair, best massage hands down!
