Courteous and friendly service, setup account in less than 20 minutes. Premises are neat and clean a well as the storage locker areas.

The ladies there are the best! the prices are good (even after the occasional small rent increase the prices are still cheaper than Storage Mart) the facility is clean and bright and feels very safe.

Erica went above and beyond helping me find a size that I needed. I had a moving company storing my items for me for the past 6 months and they wanted me to put the unit into my name instead of theirs. When I saw the unit for the first time the unit was not full at all. Erica helped me to find a smaller size so I could save a lot of money each month. I really appreciated the help.

nice, clean, new facility and very helpful employees. prices were the best I could find in Durham for indoor storage.

Ericka at the desk is rude. I've been a customer for years and continually treated poorly. I rented an office and they keep all the toilet paper from the bathrooms at the front desk you have to go and get toilet paper and then return it after you're done. I rented a storage locker and received an email on Christmas Eve that I'd left some footprints on the floor and had to return immediately to clean it or my access would be denied. And most recently as in an hour ago, Erica decided to lock me in the facility. She demanded that I close an overhead door which I did not open. When I explained to her that I did not open the door she basically said she didn't care and I needed to go close the door in order to get out of the facility. Only go here if you're interested in being forcibly canfined, treated like a degenerate and having to sign out toilet paper like a 3rd grader.
