The SmartSilk™ Luxury Bedding Collection is created and produced in-house and was developed and designed in Canada. SmartSilk™ is proud to confirm that we enforce a NO KILL process in extracting the silk used in all of our SmartSilk™ bedding products. We harvest the cocoons only once they have dropped from the silk moth. The cocoon is then boiled in water to clean the silk floss that is inside. It is then extracted by hand & allowed to dry. Once the floss has dried it is then spun into a bale of specific weight that is customized to the item."

I purchased a pillow at Costco and was very pleased with the comfort and great sleep. I soon after purchased the Smartsilk comforter directly from the manufacturer. Going into my second winter with it and am always pleased with the degree of temperature uniformity. Summer, spring, fall and the onset of winter again. No matter how cold or warm outdoors, I'm always very comfortable with this set. Highly recommend.

Great pillows, good sleep.  The fact that they come in more thickness levels is great, my entire family was happy after getting the pillows tailored to their wishes. I was looking for years for a good quality pillow thinner than anything else on the market, like the ones my grandma was ordering while in Europe, but not down filled. These silk pillows are wonderful, non-allergenic, no smell, the correct size. One of my Christmas wishes is to get a silk duvet, hopefully SmartSilk will have a promotion soon.

I love this comforter.  It's warm enough, but not too warm.  Previously I was using a down comforter and it was just too hot except in extreme temperatures.  The Smart Silk comforter is well made and my experience with customer service was a positive one.  I purchased the comforter through Costco.  I used it for about a month and noticed that there was a thread lose which could unravel and cause the filling to shift.  I called the company and they informed me that since I had purchased it at Costco, I needed to return it to Costco but I could purchase a new one through Smart Silk directly.  They were kind enough to offer me free shipping because of the flaw in the original quilt.  The representative was very pleasant to deal with and I received my new comforter quickly.

I LOVE my new pillow. The girls at Costco who sold it to me were so sweet and so enthusiastic and so I bought one. I now call it my Smart Pillow as I have never slept so well since I have been using this one. Since I am menopausal, my heat/cold cycles  seem to be better regulated and I sleep so much deeper than before. I look forward to bedtime so I can sleep on my new pillow. Thanks for makign such a  great product!

A great Canadian Company, thank you Smart Silk. We have been extremely satisfied Smart Silk customers since purchasing a King Size Duvet and pillows at one of their travelling Costco.ca  kiosks about 6 years ago. Upon purchasing a new Saatva mattress we ordered a Mattress Protector and 2 new King Size pillows from Smart Silk the original pillows were still in great shape and we have them in storage in case anything happens to our new ones. The whole process including ordering, pre-delivery follow-up, delivery etc was First Class! The quality of the protector and pillows is outstanding and we are very much enjoying them!

I recently purchased the smartsilk  comforter and my husband and I love it. It's not big and puffy like most duvets but don't let that fool you! It keeps you warm, but never overheated. Its got a nice weight to it as well. It was expensive but I don't think I'll ever have to replace it. Its very nice quality. I would love to try the smartsilk pillows!

We got these pillows at our local  Costco and really like them. My wife and I have different types of pillows we like and Smartsilk offered us both great options. We love that we can throw them in the washing machine and they stay clean and fluffy.

Nira, her husband and her whole team have gone above and beyond for me.. the smart silk pillows are the only pillows I can use without pain and blindness due to neck injury and I just got a new one! Its amazing as usual.. I just wanted to thank her and her husband one hundred times over I don’t know what I would have done without them. I will be getting some much needed sleep as well as my days pain free thanks to them. I will be eternally grateful. I wish this company all the best I wouldn’t recommend any other I hope they’ll be here forever because I will be needing more some day!

We bought SmartSilk mattress cover at Costco. They actually had company reps in the store who sold it to us claiming that they are "warm in the winter and cool in the summer". Nothing doing - no difference than much less expensive cotton ones. To add insult to injury the cover shrank miserably after the very first wash. We followed the instructions religiously: washed it in cold water and air dried. After the first wash we managed to stretch it over our latex mattress which bowed under stress. Second was rendered this cover useless as we cannot stretch it anymore. Horrible experience.

First purchased at Costco and was very satisfied with the feel and washability of the product.  Ordered 2 more pillows in a firmer feel and have had great success.  The pillows feel more substantial than most others and we have tried many many pillows in the past.
