This is very busy Shopping Complex as the traffic feed shoppers from all four directions from Dundas Street and Appleby Line. The north-western corner of Appleby Line and Dundas street intersection where the shooping mall is situated is complete with Walmart Supercentre, Gas station, restaurants, furniture stores, pharmacy and almost everything a family needs for a weekend one-stop shopping spree.

A convenient shopping area for daily needs. I know people don't look for the experience on a daily rush, but it would have been a plus if the pedestiran aspect was better designed. Enhancement isn't very much complicated, some vegetation and simple aesthetics can make a big difference in increasing attractiveness for one to walk an extra mile and enjoy. Now for the $ fans, it's a different language. More walking, more time, more hunger and thirst, more fun, more spending and more profits $. So dear $ fans, please spend few extra bucks on beauty and experience as your ROI would be guaranteed.
