I loved the experience and customer service this company has provided for me when getting my tv fixed. The staff and technician are extremely knowledgeable in Tv repair and provided me with quick and fast service. Very reliable and would definitely recommend!

Called for a quote today after someone from a different company mounted my tv and accidentally broke it. That company is willing to pay for repair, but I need a written estimate. I called Smart TV Repair Toronto. Horrible customer service. Even the way he answered the phone wasn't great. Anyways, he said it would be about $300 just for the screen part. I asked if he could give me a quote in writing and offered to send pictures, he said a written quote can only be provided if they come to see the TV and there would be charge. Funny because the website clearly states free quotes. Anyways, maybe they're great at fixing TV's, but could certainly work on phone etiquette and the website could specify quotes are free if you need them in writing. I'll try somewhere else.

NEVER! Would I Recommend Smart TV Repair Toronto, only because of their shady warranty practices that will have you totally stressing and for what? Why would anyone spend a few hundreds of $$$$ for a repair that will only be backed up by 30 - 90 days of warranty. Tranperanncy is key to be honest with the consumer if it is worth it or not. USE CAUTION WHEN HAVING YOUR TV REPAIRED BY FLAKY WARRANTIES!

Bright good experience with them .My Sony tv was broken and its was unable to cure in whole GTA area . But this is the only shop which did it for me for really very cheap prices with affordable and effective service . A great recommendation for tv purchase and tv repair

This page claimed they were open until 7:00p.m. I drove out from Scarborough one weeknight, arrived at 5:00. Not only was it closed, the inside was evident of being a closed down deserted mess. This business does not exist

Worked for a week, after spending $350 of wasted cash $$$$ Now they say it needs more parrs and another $250 What a waste! Warranty on covers parts replace they say. Crooks business! Stay Away!

Rip Off!!!!! .....DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will repair, 90days warranty, but will tell you its another part, so you must pay again. If you do not agree you can keep calling keep calling and they will just block you from calling them. If you want to get RIPPED OFF you called the right place! spend $300-$400 on a repair and see how it feels. Smart TV Repair ..Smart On Ripping You Off!!!!

I called these guys when my LG TV suddenly stopped working. A technician was at my house the next day to assess the problem and give me a firm estimate. He took it to the shop, and my TV was back home, up and running, within 24 hours. Good service, friendly staff. As far as I'm concerned, these guys are now my go-to for TV repair. Thanks!
