Ive ordered from Small town quite a bit but the last couple times I have not been overly impressed. Last night for New Years I got the large 3 topping and 10 wings. They were pretty skimpy with the toppings especially the cheese. The wings were good though. My parents were going to order the deal as well but the guy on the phone said they could not do half and half for toppings on the pizza for that deal. The last time I ordered the large I think it was 8 items. I ordered double of a couple items and there were not a lot of toppings at all. I like small town but going to start going elsewhere to see if I get my moneys worth.
Was told these were cooked. After putting them in my own oven they were actually cooked. The poor kid on the phone told me that's how the owner cooked them. He agreed they are not that cooked. This place is very very hit or miss. Sometimes it's awesome and delicious. Other times it's raw dough or burnt. No consistency. I recommend wing house or the Bombay Hub.
Pizza subs and salads are amazing. Way way better than subway. Gonna try the wings
Really disappointed with Small Town Pizza…. We ordered 1 Hawaiian pizza and 1 meat lovers pizza. When we opened the boxes we were given 2 pepperoni pizzas, we called to let them know and the girl working the desk said “yah but I only charged you for 2 pepperonis”…. So she deliberately give us 2 pepperonis instead of what we asked for. On top of that the pizza was stale and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. All said and done, this was our first time going to small town pizza and it will also be our last.
Hilarious to read all these reviews from "locals" with accounts with 1 review total. That alone speaks how much weight I would put into the negative reviews posted here. Best local pizza around. We used to get it for Harriston and well worth the drive. Chicken Cesar and the BBQ pizza are a regular for my husband and I.
One of the best pizzas we had in some time. Authentic and fresh ingredients which youbcould feel in every bite you take. Just waiting to get our next one over the weekend
I had to give one star to leave this review I ordered a pizza last minute came back to get it and the store was closed and the two teenage girls who were working in their ditched my pizza outside of the store where anyone could take it real great customer service
Opted to drive a little further from home and try a new pizza place. Ordered 10 wings and a small 3 topping pizza. When I arrived, I was asked for my name. The employee went to get the pizza. Two other patrons arrived in succession after me. The worker asked their names. She brought out the second patron's pizza first fine, maybe mine wasn't ready yet. She then brought out my order and the third person to arrives order at the same time, and opted for them to pay first. Slightly annoying, but whatever. I got my food and left. When I arrived home the wings were honey garlic they were supposed to be BBQ, and the pizza was drastically undercooked, so much so that the dough was mushy. I also found the toppings to be incredibly skimpy chicken counts as two toppings but there was barely any chicken to speak of. Had to heat up the pizza in the oven for another 10 minutes.. also not a fan of honey garlic.. Disappointing experience.
Hawaiian with extra ham and extra pineapple is well loaded. Pizzas generally have lots of toppings. Ordered 75 minutes before pickup, arrived at time, waited another 20 minutes, ordered off of website, prices are cheaper on website, store prices are more than listed price on website. Business does not seem to update website as for prices when notified, pizza descriptions differ from website to store, and also different pizzas have same description. When ordering from website, be advised to check store prices for items. 20 wings in store is $20, online $18
Great value, friendly employees, wings are always great! Give their subs a try as well, way cheaper & tastier than Subway. Pizza of course is nice as well.
