DISASTEROUS!!! paid for her services & literally received NOTHING except alot of running around, documents back & forth, constant excuses & I have the emails and texts to prove it, when we did get documents back we had other customers paperwork, absolutely disgraceful how these people get away with not providing the service you pay them for. She advertises & stated to us verbally she was an accountant AND IS NOT a licensed accountant.

My wife and I had quite a horrible experience with Smail Accounting Services. We were new to owning a business and we were misinformed by SAS. We also were given excuses and reasons for the accountant being away, if our voicemails and emails were even answered, for several months after tax season was over, never really helping us at all. We paid SAS way too soon as we anticipated this would be a good experience. We also paid the late penalty incurred and will never work with SAS again.

Great professional accountant. Businesses commercial services too are welcomed and treated honestly. Have your income taxes done by Angie. She is simply and truly amazing!!

Will not answer any calls or emails and has not even filed our taxes. Horrible experience, and had to show up at her house to see if the taxes were done and still not done and says she needs a few more days would not recommend
