I have always liked this place. Whatever you get… get it with Sweet Tia Chili sauce. Our server Kris was awesome. Fun, good food, nice people.
This was our first time and definitely not our last. We had our 7 year old with us and the bartender was so sweet to her. Our fried mushrooms were huge and amazing I wish I took pictures. Whenever someone's food came out we watched because everything coming out was amazing. What a great place. And can I just say our waiter was the sweetest most helpful and so on top of everything waiter I've had. He was such a genuine nice person, and made the experience even that much better. Thanks for a wonderful night out you guys, you sure know what you are doing.
What an awesome place! We celebrated my Mom's birthday there tonight and from the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel like we were "regulars". I'm not exaggerating when I say that everyone and I mean everyone was friendly! Our server, Morgan, was the bestplease tell her to have a magicalvacation!and the guy behind the barthanks for the phone call!and the woman that took our picture were awesome too. The food was yummy too! We'll be back!
Went there for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Even though it's a smaller restaurant, it has excellent food. The fish fry looks very good and has several options from walleye to perch and baked and deep fried. I had the ribs and they were about as perfect as they come. Nice and tender and very meaty. My dinner companion had the brisket sandwich and it was big we both went home with another meal.
Robert is an amazing bartender, who genuinely has a passion for customer service! To the owner- you are lucky to have him! We’ll be back & will try the food at our next visit. The food smelled amazing, though we were there just for a few drinks. We will be back, much because Robert’s display of amazing customer service!
Seriously fantastic barbecue! My husband said the smoked wings were the best wings he's ever had. The brisket was amazing. Seriously great arrive. We'll definitely be back

The best BBQ on the north side! Brisket, Ribs, Mac n Cheese it's all delicious. Highly recommend trying this place out.Food: 5/5
Food is always good, service is always great. We have been here three times in the last three years. Our server has been Robert every time and he's the best! He's so friendly and kind, fast and efficient. I have put Sloppy Joe's on my list of restaurants to frequent regularly, and I would like to suggest that you put them on your list also!
