First, I will start by saying thank you Simon for the work well done! I had alot of problems with my immigration application and Simon helped me to overcome the stress I was experiencing at the time! I am writing a second review for Simon Labelle because I have worked with him a second time, this time on an application for permanent residence in Canada under the new Express Entry system, and I felt this deserved a separate review. Working with Simon was as pleasant as before, and he was as effective and supportive as I had come to expect, after my previous experience with him. I cannot understate the importance of working with a supportive lawyer with great people skills such as Simon. This was particularly important for me after the hardship I experienced due to my immigration troubles. Not only was my application successful, and I got permanent residence in just three months, but he also helped me not to stress about it during the application process, and while I was waiting for the outcome. As someone who teaches ethics, I have great admiration for empathy and generosity, and when you get this in addition to intelligence and knowledge, you know you have a great lawyer.

Simon is a fabulous immigration lawyer. My husband and I worked with him on two visa applications, an express entry application as well as a spousal sponsorship application. My husband ended up getting his visa in record time. Aside from knowing the intricacies of the immigration application process inside and out, Simon is also amazing in terms of encouragement and support throughout what is an unavoidably stressful process. I had many questions and concerns and he had endless patience and respect when providing explanations. Also, his answers were excellent and accurate. This is a lawyer that goes over and above what you will expect. Look no further!

I am a Slovene married to a Canadian. After one year as a visitor my partner and I decided to apply for my permanent residence. We collected and filled all the forms and add photos and other evidences. The whole folder weighted one kilo. We sent and waited. The news came that our application may be rejected because some proof about our relationship was missing. We contacted Simon for advice, we collected additional informations and the application went through rapidly. I even got my permanent residents confirmation 13 months earlier than marked on CIC homepage! J'ai eu recours au services de Simon Labelle lors de la procédure pour avoir ma résidence permanente et je m'en félicite. Maître Labelle est une personne concernée, accueillante, à l'écoute et qui donne des conseils avisés. Il a monté et suivi mon dossier avec beaucoup de rigueur, d'intérêt et d'empathie.Jamais je n'ai eu l'impression d'être un numéro de dossier.
