The food here was very below average and lackluster. Expensive considering the poor quality. Extremely bland pizza and wings with an extra side of grease as you can see. The wings were supposed to be medium and they might as well be plain with the lack of flavor and no heat to be detected whatsoever. The store was dead empty at 1 o’clock on a Thursday when I got my order, so as I see it no excuse for the food being this poor when you have almost no customers. I would recommend going somewhere else. I gave it 2 stars because at least the food was warm but I don’t know if you want that to be your benchmark or your dinner experience “ our food is terrible but warm.”
Ordered a 12 cut Sicilian pizza. Got it home and the crust was black yet the bottom was barely cooked. The dough itself was uneven, thicker in some places and very thin in others. The cheese wasn’t even browned. Upon scrapping it off it looked like the pizza was cooked without the cheese then thrown back in to melt the cheese thrown on. And there was way too much cheese. And the taste was not good at all. Took one bite and immediately stopped eating. We wanted to try a place we wouldn’t normally get from but we made a note to not try again.
The absolute worst pizza I ever had, at $45. Large, x-cheese, peppers, carmelized onion. Extra cheese was non-existent, sauce and toppings had an elderly rancid taste, had to throw it away. I’m not a complainer, just want to spare others the expensive disaster…
Been here a few times already and also brought a pizza home from here once. Fast, friendly service. Clean. The pizza is very good but not five star. The Buffalo wings tried the medium sauce were pretty good as well. Eating in is better than bringing the pizza home as it didn't seem to hold up well for even a 15 minute drive. Fresh and hot out of the oven is the way to go. Try it if you are in the area.
They won't let you eat i side until its 100%. Wouldn't let my kid and me sit and eat. But we could sit and wait until it was done. 2 medium fountain drinks $6. I owned a restaurant in 2006. It cost me less than a penny an ounce including the cup lid straw beverage. The pie had a blan taste. Maybe its because I'm used to good nyc style pizza. The crust was terrible. But the house pie crust was perfect. I won't shop here again. I'll go to benavito carms or flightline
Best pizza in the area!! Owner even went out of his way to do a delivery when they were closing Thanks so much George!! We have never had better service or pizza! Loyal customers for life here!!
Outstanding thin crust pizza! The best pizza in Glenville all the way to Saratoga Springs! Pizza by the slice very generous portions or pies. Restaurant has ample seating and a great owner who accommodates and aims to please guests. Their prices are very reasonable for pies that are 14" to 16". Many other menu options for you to enjoy including a dessert bar. I highly recommend. As a bonus, military members receive a discount. Incredible place and make sure you go there for a slice if you are ever in town. You won't regret it!
Lots of various pizza toppings and combinations. Nice upscale pizza joint ambience but also have good wings, sandwiches, salsa, and dessert. Good location and both sit down table service or takeout.
Dough is good. Slices I ordered are very bland. So bland i had to look up others reviews. Nice dining room tho.
I’m extremely disappointed with the $41.04 extra large pizza supposedly a 32 cut but they count the little crust ends as a slice with 4 toppings pepperoni, sausage, black olives, onion At $3.50 a topping you would think the pizza would have a good amount of toppings but not from Slice of Glenville. It was a chintzy pizza. Not to mention the girl that took my order wasn’t very friendly or welcoming she couldn’t really be bothered with my questions. Will not be ordering from Slice of Glenville again! Lesson learned! See pathetic pictures below.
