This was our second time purchasing a mattress from Sleep Country. We needed a replacement mattress for a guest bedroom. Talk about Goldilocks! One was too hard, and the other was too soft! I was having a difficult time choosing. A third option was suggested. Even though it wasn’t in our budget, we tried it out, and loved it! We were able to work out a reasonable price since we were repeat customers. Since the employees are not on commission, I like how customers are not rushed or pressured to make a decision or sale!
Ask for Alex. We should have come when we were first looking for a mattress. We came in the store after 3 months of trying a “cooling” foam mattress that we bought online from Douglas. Alex greeted us right away and we voiced our concerns of wanting something that actually was cooling. He helped us find the perfect cooling mattress for us that was within our budget. He let us test the bed uninterrupted and I was hot walking in. We were shocked that we started actually cooling down while lying on the mattress and stayed cool. Definitely will recommend to friends and come back if we need another mattress in the future.
I highly recommend this Sleep Country location for the exceptional service from the Advisors, all of which were very friendly and professional. Most notably, Alex, who assisted us in choosing the right mattress. Alex attentively listened to our needs, and advised us accordingly. He did not pressure us and gave us plenty of time to try out different mattresses, all the while advising us on the differences between each of them. He was very knowledgeable and encouraged us to test out different ones to see what we would like – we thought that we wanted a specific type of mattress and ended up purchasing something different because of the advice received from Alex. Great and friendly service, and a great price! Thank you!
We came in to try out mattresses, and walked out securing our bases, mattresses and headboard. Our sales agent Rahman demonstrated knowledge and genuine care for our satisfaction and comfort. We had gone to another sleep country previously but their customer service doesn’t come anywhere close to this location. Thank you Rahman for your efforts in securing our items and an amazing deal. We can’t wait to receive them when we move into our new home.
Worst customer service ever. They sell with assurance and beautiful words but when you have a problem with your mattress they easily say its not covered by 10 years warranty. Here is the story: I bought a Simba mattress and it has body impressions after 1year and have use and not only I don’t have a good sleep anymore but I wake up tired with back pain everyday. This mattress was good at first but mid layers are damaged this soon and because of a memory foam layer on top it doesn’t show the body impression. You feel it only if you sit or lay on it. At the time of purchase I was told if have any problem with this product within 10 years they credit me the purchase price to buy another mattress from them. I called customer service and they happy said we will send you the warranty claim form. They sent a link and here is what their trick starts. They ask you bunch of questions which seems to be requirements to be eligible for warranty and they were never mentioned by sales persons. After that they want you to take several pictures using broom stick and ruler from different angels. Then you should upload pictures and submit your claim. I did all of these steps and they got back to me after 3 days and said it is not covered by warranty as body impression in your pictures is less than 1 inchmattress warranty card says 0.98 inch. And they asked wait until the body impression reaches 1 inch and then claim again they funniest thing I’ve ever heard from a customer service. They want me to keep hearting my self until body impression reaches 1 inch to claim again and at that time for sure they have another thing to reject your warranty. If you happen to try Simba mattresses in their stores, they have a memory foam to top which doesn’t show the impressions underneath. If they know their products, they should know that using broom stick and ruler doesn’t work for mattresses with memory foam on top. And they should take other steps to confirm body impression as memory foam covers the damage in other layers. I hope my experience help others.
I went here tonight to look for a mattress after shopping at another store for a mattress. Alex helped me and he was great. Honestly if you are looking for advice on a mattress Alex at Kennedy Commons is the guy to talk to. I have yet to purchase my new mattress but when I do it will be from Alex.
We had a fantastic experience at Sleep Country today! Rahman was so helpful and shared his extensive knowledge with us. My partner and I have back and shoulder issues and we were able to pick a bed that will alleviate our pain and improve our sleep quality. We’re so excited to sleep on this bed!
I came in the store as a desperate woman looking for a bed with better support. Both sales reps when the extra mile helped me to find a more supportive bed and pillows as well. Thank you, Nimmi and D.C.
Nimmi was our sales person and it was a great experience : we came in to buy a mattress for our mother in law and she showed us programs that could save us money, convenience in delivery, and bit of discount :D -Edit: so this is my first time editting a review... the mattress arrived and it has a yellow stain with a note stating that it has a yellow stain on top... and instead of return model, we got a stained floor model. we were promised a mattress that was refunded due to customer's expectation of firmness being not what was expected from the mattress. She insured us that it will be clean as new because there is professional cleaning stage that the mattress goes through before being resold. I was redirected to calling main branch in Brampton to get the issule resolved.
Good customer service at first but after only 1.5 year my mattress is not holding up. Difficult to deal with for this issue. Delivery service was good.
