Skyy Dental is a wonderful place to get your teeth issues taken care of. They are professional, efficient, clean and friendly. Sara is excellent at her work and Dr. Poulos is very caring and helpful. Most importantly, I know that I am putting myself at the right hands when I go for cleaning/scaling/polishing/examination. They also ensure that they keep track of my insurance units how many are remaining, what’s the optimal tone for my next visit, etc. so that I don’t have to spend time claiming it because they do it for me. That saves my time as well. Thoroughly professional. An added advantage is that you can enjoy their 49th floor views while waiting.

Horrible experience! Their lab is incredibly backed up, took 2 months for them to get me temporary crowns appointment. That is after I hounded them. Also, their communication through email is horrible. I would ask for all available appointments, the person would respond with one word answers after 1/2 days. They also booked me an appointment, I had to schedule time off work. They asked to cancel a day before because the lab wasn't ready. Poor communication. Expensive and incredibly slow.

Dr.Poulos and his team were welcoming and so lovely. I came in as a first time client and without a full exam they took care of my concerns no questions asked. They made me feel right at ease. If it’s needed they do offer a payment plan which is beneficial if you don’t have insurance. I would definitely recommend.

They charged $225 for 20min cleaning. It should take at least 40 mins sometimes 1hr. They just took advantage of people with insurance. Will never come back for another visit. Not professional at all. Booked the appointment for 8:30 am. The receptionist arrived at the office at 8:40 am. Just a waste of time waiting outside. Don’t even wanna come back arguing with them with the overcharge.

Dr. Poulos and team are very professional. Really appreciate their care and attention for my dental health over the last couple of years that I have been with them.

Dr. Poulos is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and always so friendly
