San Thavarajasingam, Sales Manager, was extremely helpful to me when I left a backpack with my cell phone on one of the buses which were only recovered after we left Canada to return to Texas. He was able to get everything shipped back to me in the United States.
I saw one of their bus lines on the 401 today dodging in and out of traffic at very high speeds. No respect for other drivers. Obviously this driver does not put safety first.
Exceptional customer service. San from the sales department is very quick to reply, he is very professional and prompt in his communication. We have used Skyway for a number of charters and they have always exceeded our expectations!
I recently booked a trip with skyway coach and overall I was very impressed with the service. The driver was very friendly and we got one of their new buses. I would definitely book them again!
I was genuinely impressed with this company. I honestly wasn't looking forward to the long bus ride but was actually pleasantly surprised with how clean and comfortable the bus was. The driver was also quite friendly and drove me safely to my destination.
I have not been on any of the buses but, driving through Gettysburg bus # 9609 pulled off route 15 in front of us and another car and almost caused an accident!! Personally I felt worried for the people on that bus!
Amazing service!!! Prompt responses and followups. Highly recommended for long or short road trips. They offer a variety of services in the greatest professional manner!!!
