Our sunrise flight for my husband's birthday finally took place after several cancellations due to weather. It was definitely worth the wait and surpassed all expectations. Linda was marvelous at helping us rebook and took a personal interest in making it happen. Graham is an experienced and knowledgeable pilot who made sure the flight was safe and so enjoyable. The whole team was professional from start to finish. Helping out with the packing up was fun and a great team effort. Don't be intimidated by delays...be patient and you will be rewarded by an experience of a lifetime! Thank you Linda, Graham and Mark.
A completely unforgettable evening! I highly recommend to everyone!nLinda, Graham and crew were all fantastic, going out of their way to ensure everyone enjoyed and had a great experience from beginning to end.nWas almost a surreal feeling up in the balloon, was so peaceful and quiet.. floating!nWas a perfect night, luckily we got to go 1st time, as some people get postponed understandably due to weather.nIf you are considering this, go! We're still smiling!
We took half of a 12 man basket for our daughters' 10th birthday. All the clichés are true.. Absolute magic. Graham is an amazing pilot and during the insane experience of floating through the sky completely at the mercy of the elements, we felt safe as his passengers.
What an amazing experience! Skyward staff was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Our trip was cancelled three times because of weather, which we didn’t understand at first. But once experienced, we saw how just a mild wind can change the trip from beautiful to dangerous. It was defiantly worth waiting for perfect conditions! So beautiful and peaceful! Thank you Skyward staff, especially pilot Tim, for making our flight one of our beat lifetime experiences! Definitely recommending Skyward Balloons to everyone!
