The service of this company is not just bad I never experienced one so bad like this. At my first visit with my explorer they told me they will schedule me in, after 2 month they did not have the time to set up an appointment. After I talked to the owner and said I like to have my MPY documentation back and I will go to a different Auto body shop they found time and I got scheduled in after the weekend. I dropped of the explorer on May 29th 8am and got told from the manager I could pick up the unit on the next day the 30th or latest on the 31st. I called in today Morning on the 31st to see what the situation is but on the front desk they telling me that they fall behind the schedule and I should call on the 1st of June. This is a small damage on the car and bring to the body shop “only” 1000 dollars but this is not a reason to be so arrogant and disrespectful to a customer. After sending in this Post and a conversation with the owner I got my car on the same day May 31st in spotless condition. The paint work was just perfect owner did the paint work himself the car was clean and everything was repaired very professional. That would be a 5 Star review just the waiting time takes 2 Stars.
