Horrible service . I actually bought all my fixtures from here on a house I built so I decided to come back for my second project, I walked and there was 5 employees there and no one even said hello or offered me assistance. 2 were more interested in there fish tank, and the girls at the desks were just sitting there and looking at there phones. I ended up leaving and just going to home idol which was a few blocks down . Wouldn’t recommend this place at all there is way more places around that would want your business.
Yesterday I came and shows my tiles. Everything looks great they're all in stock and on sale! I come today to purchase the tiles, and they sell me that tiles. Still everything's perfect. As soon as they loaded into my truck, which I rented for $130 by the way, we open up one of the boxes and it's not even the same tile but they claim that it is. The ones that I ordered were Cream coloured and the ones that were in the box were Gray. They tried to offer me different tiles, which I accepted but they didn't have those in stock and said that they had him in another location 50 km away. This experience totally wasted a lot of my time and funds that I prepared very carefully to meet my obligation. I don't recommend dealing with these people because it seems like a total crapshoot and you don't even know what you're going to get. Thanks for reading
Bought my All fixtures to my house from them and didn’t notice this CAE is unknown brand no plumber want to install it and take insure his work on top there is no stamp to show the origin of the product so you cant tell even where it made ! I didn’t open any box and they charge me for the return 10% !!!! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
Same products are sell a bit cheaper here.
High quality products and professional installation with reasonable price. I am very happy with my new bathtub door and other products.
