The menu was huge. My Philly bread was crispy the fries clearly deep fried to perfect. The gyro was delicious. The waitress was polite and attentive. Love the decorations of the restaurant. It's walking distance from the truck stop which is awesome. The price was super fair. They played hit music from the radio which when usher came on I almost had to get up and pop lock n drop it. Funny story when another worker walked by he asked how we where doing and I said delicious of course assuming he would ask how's the food . If you read my reviews please give me a follow here on google. I review restaurants across the country. Highly recommend this one it was awesome.
OMG! I am highly impressed with the food, it is spectacular. Very clean restrooms, dining area, and kitchen. This will be a must stop every time I am passing through. It was our waitresses birthday today and she was awesome. She recommended the Sole and it was the bomb, it came with homemade soup fresh steamed broccoli, baked potato and pudding homemade it all was so delicious . The boss is very helpful and friendly, and made our visit special. All the cakes and desserts are homemade. Online food orders and outside delivery service delivers.
Doing a reset so I get to be lazy today. There’s a diner across the street from the truck stopwhich only has Popeyes and Starbucks so I decided to walk across for a good breakfast well it turned out to be an awesome breakfast with a few surprises. Surprise #1 they have grits on the menu. Surprise #2 they’re not instant grits they’re the real thingcooked in a pot not the microwave. Of course some of you may ask why those two things are surprising well the answer is simple I’m in Connecticut where just finding grits on the menu is rare and then to find that they actually know how to cook them without using instant grits is even rarer. The fluffiest french toast I’ve ever had topped with Nutella was amazing. The eggs were cooked perfectly to my liking as was the bacon, the sausage and ham were delicious. Service and atmosphere were on point. I really can’t say enough nice things about this place. They were somewhat busy but the food was still delivered in a timely manner and still hot. If you’re ever in Branford, CT I truly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.
There is nothing negative that I can say about this restaurant. The moment that I walked through the door my sister and I were greeted by the entire staff. We told the waitress that we were going to share our meals and the chef separated everything onto separate plates for us even though we did not ask. Our waitress was so kind. The food also tasted great! We will definitely be returning!
I've had a hankering for a good home cooked breakfast for a few weeks now and this place did not disappoint! The eggs Florentine with grits was a sizable portion and it filled me right up. They had a nice selection of tea as well. The waitress was attentive and the staff was nice. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area. I highly recommend to my fellow truckers. Vegetarian options: They have several.
Excellent service and absolutely delicious food! I had the Baked Manicotti Parmigiana with Meatballs and it was phenomenal! Huge portions at very reasonable prices. I was able to make two meals off of this one serving! My waitress was so attentive and very friendly!
The food is great and the staff is wonderful. They make you feel like family. I hope that you would stop by and give them a try you won't be disappointed believe me they're great!!! Food: 5/5
I had French toast ham 2 eggs potatoes coffee and toast...$16.58 service was a litte slow. But very friendly. The inside still looks like the old friendly restaurant that was there just with new pictures and its more blue. I would go back

It's a diner, but a good one. One I visit often. My only negative remark would be to use fresh blueberries for the pancakes or at least a better frozen brand.Food: 4/5
