One of my pet peeves is when a company doesn't return a phone call. I find it especially strange when that call is one asking for an initial quote on a job. In this case I called several landscape companies and left messages for each. I heard back from the others but not Skookum. After a week I left another message and here we are 4 days later and still no return call. I would suggest that everyone knows about the bad reputation contractors have for not returning calls, not arriving on time at a job etc. but to not even return an initial call is beyond unprofessional. If you're looking for a landscape contractor I would give Skookum a miss. We went with Higher Ground. Christian was awesome.
