Bought some beef sticks from our neighbors’ daughter for a local 4H fundraiser in Minnesota. The sticks were made by Skoglund and were great. A hint of spice, great texture, and the right amount of ‘snap’ when you bite into it. Would highly recommend!

A very nice place to get a large variety of meats. I toured this place and how they made and packaged their meats. Very good bacon as well.

Positive we were given old meat! Beef & pork both processed here for few years. Finally going elsewhere & our meat is excellent! So upset we spent all that money & were taken advantage of....
