Skips and team were fantastic throughout the entire process. Tina was so knowledgeable and helped me build my perfect shed. She kept me in the loop the entire time. Chris and the site-prep & delivery team were top notch and went above and beyond to work with me on delivering my shed safely and not destroying my lawn in the process. This is my second shed from Skips and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for one.

I want to share the great customer service and Gazebo I received from Skip’s Outdoor Accents in Agawam. In a time when we have numerous choices as consumers, there is only one place I go for outdoor accent items. My reasons are: Getting a live person who could answer my questions over the phone, quality and selection of items, owner’s availability for questions and input, getting return calls from messages I left, and Professional delivery that included checking the levelness as well as the accuracy of placement. I requested the gazebo be placed just shy of touching the fence posts on both sides, and the delivery person nailed it, as seen by the photos I have included. Scott and the support staff at Skip’s Outdoor Accents are a Pleasure to work with. I look forward to my next purchase from Skip’s Outdoor Accents in Agawam.
