This place is so busy, and once you get your plate, you'll know why! By far the BEST seafood in Moncton! I recommend you try every... single... menu item!!!! As a bonus, they had lightly-breaded fiddle heads!
Great dinner. The fish was great and I could not finish all the fried clams. I opted to get the clam chowder instead of fries. The clam chowder was so good. Worth a visit for sure.
We absolutely loved our experience at Skipper Jack’s! The seafood chowder was incredible—rich, creamy, and packed with plenty of seafood. Definitely worth the price.nnWe also tried the OG Jack Stack Burger during Moncton Burger Fest, and it was fantastic. The in-house Montreal-style smoked meat made it hearty and flavorful, while the secret sauce added a delicious touch. The fries, however, were just average.nnOverall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the food!
I love skipper jacks ! They have the best lobster roll I have ever had in my life . It has a fresh bakery bun and is packed with fresh lobster. The lobster is not mixed in with the mayo like a lobster salad type roll, which is why I like it so much. I am from Ontario and every single time I am on my way to visit family in Nova Scotia I am sure to stop in here and get a lobster roll. Their gravy for the fries is also delicious. I haven't tried anything else on the menu, but I'm sure it's all good.nThey have a seafood market next door too, and I've had candied salmon from there that was amazing. Friendly service all around. The only downside is the minimal parking.
You must try seafood chowder and lobster roll . The staffs are very friendly and helpful . We will definitely go back again .
