Showed up at 9am with a broken ski on the day of a comp- was out of there, all fixed up, within 15 minutes. The tech really seemed to know his stuff!

Waited an hour for service was told several times someone would help but no one came. Everyone else that came after us got help. Good ski selection so if you know what you want and don’t need any customer service then you’re fine.

This is a very great small ski shop, and the staff is very knowledgeable on the products that they have. We can take quite some time going through cash though, as they only have one register and seem a little confused when It comes to the transactions.
