Do not buy from this company I had a friend who just recently rented a $300 pair of boots that I claimed they were in condition when you got them, they were broken and unusable. He managed to return them and asked for his money back, but when when they got them back, they never gave the money back for multiple weeks. We have still not gotten the money back and we are very angry. Do not buy from the store because they are not trustworthy and if you don’t trust them with your money, don’t trust them with your safety
Fantastic customer service combined with friendly, professional, well-trained guides who are full of knowledge and eager to teach. Highly recommended for ski touring in the Chic Chocs, whether it's your first time or you're well-seasoned at touring. They know the areas of the park well and will find you the best snow while keeping you safe!
The people here are true professionals and outdoors men. I would highly recommend any service from them from bike or ski repair to guided ski trips through the most beautiful parts of the Chic-Chocs.
J’ai commandé des bottes usagées pour 300$. Mais une fois que j’ai reçu les bottes j’ai réaliser que la condition était beaucoup pire que sur celle qu’ils ont sur leur site. Heureusement on retournait dans la région et on a décidé de les retourner. On a croisé un guide nommée Gabriel et il travail avec la compagnie et il avait repris les bottes et il a promis un retour. Sa fait proche de 40 jour et encore aucun refund. N’achète pas de eux ils vont vous vendre de l’équipement défectueux et sa va être un long processus sans succès pour ravoir votre argent. Et avec tout sa comment pouvez vous leurs faire confiance avec votre propre sécurité si ils sont pas capable d’effectuer un retour.
Great experience but I had a rather cold English-speaking guide with me, I was alone with him for three days. I expected to have more fun. I knew he would have a language barrier and he insisted on putting me with him. Damage :
