Sold me what look like used Sidas ski boot heat warmers as new and incorrectly fitted heating elements to footbeds ($420 in total). Cannot ski on them due to pain caused to soles of feet. Have asked three times for replacement or refund - manager - George - totally intransigent - just laughs at me

Great Bike Shop. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. The hire bikes are the best value in the area, are set up perfectly to suit size and weight, and most importantly great to ride. Plenty of advice on where to ride, how to get there and even what to do and see at various locations. As a result, my wife and I had a great day's riding in Fernie. Many thanks.

I've been a long term loyal customer due to great service- the knowledge and support found here keeps me coming back and the staffs friendly, informed, and easygoing nature has you feeling comfortable that your needs are being met. The selections available have fulfilled the majority of my winter gear needs and the seasonal apparel is versatile and appealing. Great selection, feeling appreciated, and quick response to warranty and/or maintenance needs encourages me to continue shopping locally.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

In the summer of 2016 my friend and I came in here as his bike needed servicing; since he busted his rear derailer 5 minutes into our ride (after we drove 7 hours to get to Fernie to go biking). Well they didn't have the part in stock so they just disassembled one of the rear derailers on a bike on the floor for him. They had his bike up and running again in less than 15 minutes and charged less than $15 for the work. Any bike shop willing to do that is worth supporting. Now whenever I come back to Fernie I always make a point to pick up supplies at this shop. Thanks guys!
