Skewers Food Truck

So so good. Falafel is the best we’ve ever had. Baklava was unexpectedly amazing. Fries are exceptional!

Super disappointed. I thought it was supposed to be authentic? And I’m not sure about their sanitation procedures or how they handle their food, because it tasted really strange. Then my kids and I were all throwing up all night afterwards! Definitely won’t be back and would not recommend trying it!

Amazing catering! We used skewers to cater our wedding, and were so, so happy with them. Communication and choosing the menu was so easy, and Mirak was so helpful and friendly through every step of the way. Guests RAVED about the food and had enough to go back for seconds. Cannot recommended enough for catering!

We hired Mirak and the Skewers Truck to cater our wedding. He was extremely easy to work with both prior to and the day of the event. He made an extra effort to double and triple check that everything was good and going well during the event. The food was an absolute hit with all of our guests. I highly recommend working with Mirak for any events or checking out his truck while they are out in Spokane.

Not only is Skewers one of the best food trucks Spokane, I believe it serves the best middle eastern food within the city. One can expect to find fresh, quality, and favorable dishes on the menu that represent a beautiful culture! I have always believed that you get what you pay for, and Skewers does not stray away from top tier quality. The owner along with the staff are very friendly, and you can tell they take great pride in both their service and food! Both the chicken and beef and lamb shawarma are so full of flavor you hardly even need to add sauce to the wraps! Do yourself a favor and check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic food and service! Their falafel is the best. We love their takeout so much, my daughter and I hired Skewers to cater the rehearsal dinner for her wedding. Their prices were extremely reasonable and we had enough food for two dinners!

Mirak catered our wedding and it was a wonderful experience! We had so much food and everybody commented on how delicious everything was. Working with Mirak was super easy, he always responded to emails and was very professional. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a caterer for an event!

Delicious food; I was blown away by the tender meat and robust flavor! I enjoyed the chicken shwarma today and can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. A unique find in Spokane.

I'm always on the hunt for great falafel and Skewers was absolutely fantastic! And if amazing food wasn't great enough, the service was just as amazing. Totally loved it and totally recommend.
