I had a 5-Star Experience with this store. Their STAFF is so HUMBLE and GENTLE. ASHLAY assisted me in this store today, regarding my choice, preferences and everything. she was very POLITE and experienced. I bought the BEST pair with a lot more COMFORT and STYLISH LOOK. In Future I will definitely go for other accessories and pairs. Once Again, a Big thanks to ASHLAY for everything. Thanks for the Customer Service. It was AWESOME.
I was really looking forward to checking out an entire Skechers store, as it's my absolute favorite brand. I traveled 2 hours and when I got there I was beyond disappointed. On the Skechers website, they have a huge selection of luxurious women's slippers. In this entire store, they only carried 2 slippers. When I approached a sales associate to enquirie about slippers, she looked super confused and literally put her hands in the air as if to say "I don't know." She didn't even speak to me. Will not be returning and would not recommend. I might report this to Skechers corporate.
Went to the shop today with a picture of the slippers my mom wanted. I asked the employees behind the counter if they have the model in stock. The girl took one look and said, "no we don't have it". I thanked them for letting us know and we started walking out and we noticed the exact model was on display further down the line. But, we did not buy. Went to a different store and bought a different pair for my mom. So, basically it was pathetic customer service. Employees behind the counter seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. I don't think we will be going back there ever again.
Looking for kids shoes and the girl stocking the shelves keeps interrupting us to get by. After 4 times I told her that we're customers trying to buy shoes. She said "it's my job. I have to put the shoes out." Explained to her that if we don't buy shoes here, she won't have a job. She still insisted that she had to do what she was doing. We left without buying. Also not once did anyone ask us if we needed assistance. 5 employees and only us and one other customer. SMH
Worst customer service. There was a deal in there to buy one pair and take 50% off on the second pair. I took two pairs and the second pair was not sized. I asked if they have the size I was looking for and the girl said no. I knew that they can search to see if other stores have the size using shoe serial number and asked her to do that for me. She took a bad look at me and did it very reluctantly and said no, none of the other stores in Ottawa has it. I said ok, is it probable that you bring it in your next shipment. She said might be, but you have to come and check next week, as I don't know what we would receive in our next shipment. Next week I went there and I asked a man who was working there, He said no, we didn't have this in our received shipment. He suggested me to return it and buy it at full price online. I said I'll check on them again next week. Then he puled up a list and said this is our next week shipment and it is not in there. Then I doubted that the girl might not have checked the other stores at very beginning and called the other stores. At my surprise they had it and I went there and change it to my size.
Awesome place to shop for a skechers shoes. Buy one get the 2nd pair half price. I've got very professional service from Angela . She helped me to find my favorite shoes. I recomend this store to everyone.
Friendly staff. Was helped twice by Steve which is both personable and helpful. Management always on the floor which I find contributes to the good experience provided.
