Hot and fresh grilled meats, tasty sides and friendly service. We had the lamb chop dinner, and the mixed gyro dinner. Huge portions and really delicious. The meats are grilled to order, and perfectly done. Salad and rice were fresh and tasty. Comes with creamy delicious tzatziki and warm fresh pita on the side. Would definitely return. Seems like really high quality food for a takeout style restaurant. We dined in and had great service.
Great staff, service is 15/10, its not a restaurant but feels like one as they bring the plate to you if you’re waiting for your food. They do mention to you how long the food needs to be cooked so if you’re in rush to order something else. I have visited this place over 3 times now and I can confidently say its the best in the area, they have never missed anything from the time I walked in, until the time I left. The food is a lot, delicious and well presented, the chicken gyros is their uniqueness in my opinion, it just tastes so so good and I was never able to finish any of the dinners I got here. Overall, this is my goto place whenever I’m around the area. 100% recommended. Note: I specifically asked to put more salad and less rise and potato on my souvlaki sinner.
This is my first visit to Skara Greek Cuisine, which is as authentic as a Greek souvlaki fast food restaurant gets! During my stays in Athens, I would typically go to a BBQ place for meals. Skara takes me back there. Greek music greets you as you enter and make your way to the spotless, clean, open kitchen. Everything is prepared on the spot right in front of you. I had the special BBQ chicken kontosouvli dinner. It's only available Wednesday to Sunday. A generous portion of tender marinated boneless chicken is flanked by rice and roasted potatoes. It also comes with a big lettuce salad topped with a lot of feta cheese. Everything is so very fresh and delicious. Perfect balance of herbs and spices, on the chicken and crispy lettuce salad and enough lemony tang from the baked potatoes. The staff is warm and welcoming and genuinely want you to enjoy your visit. I am waiting to return and try the other menu items.
Kontosvli dinner was delicious, the meat and vegetables are fresh. Chicken was perfectly battered and cooked. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I ordered 6 oz burger combo with fries and a drink! Amazing portion and taste! However, for food saftey wise I wish they wore gloves and served food. Their customer service and food is amazing!
Very courteous and efficient staff. The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. She was so quick in taking Oder. My food arrived in no time. Highly recommended. The gyro was also very tasty
We had a small engagement for my daughter at Skara Greek Cuisine on October 2nd and what can I say... thank you Danny, Chris and the wonderful staff for making this the best night ever!! Our guests loved your food, from the appetizers, salads and the wonderful chicken dinners and gyro side plates everything was delicious. Alot of food and wonderful wonderful service. I am soo happy I choose your restaurant for this special day.
I ordered a mixed gyro combo, It was delicious, I like the pork flavor and the sauce was really good. Definitely will come back
Been here twice , both times the food was fresh and good , service was friendly, placed look clean. My only negative comment is both times I was told order would be ready in 15 , for takeout, I would wait 20 to make sure ,as I always have kids with me ,so I like it to be ready so we can walk in grab and go , but each time they waited for me to enter before putting my gyros together and toke there time doing it. There was no one in the place nor were they busy with orders , just socializing and stock things. If I'm ordering ahead and giving extra time for them , they should have my order ready to go or at least do it as quickly as possible.
This chicken gyro is some of the best I’ve ever had!! The meat is so juicy and flavorful, I highly recommend this place!! The staff was also very friendly and the food came out in less than 5 minutes.
