As a Realtor and few small business owners, I love to work with people who are enthusiastic, passionate and know exactly what they are doing. You and your team certainly beat our expectations - they are so hands on and friendly. I remember a day when I was in the bank for my mortgage and needed some urgent tax docs. I called your office and your staff was on it right away and emailed me the docs in minutes. You guys are just amazing. I loved your systematic way of delivering all tax papers in the well-organized folder, so I don’t have to worry down the line when I needed to refer. SJ Chartered Accountancy are cooperative and try to find ways to help their clients to get benefited more from within the frame work of CRA. They also followup with CRA to resolve objections raised by CRA. Shailendra Jain personnel take interest to meet his client needs.

Did not have a good experience. This man is difficult to get a hold of. I had to go through his receptionist several times to get to him. He charges ridiculously unexpected hidden fees. To get a photo copy of my own documents that were with him, he quoted 50 bucks per page. I had to pay crazy dues to CRA as he missed forwarding the mail from CRA to me. Biggest mistake hiring him. Please do not work with him.
