We only needed a cake cutting size wedding cake and Sisson's delivered the most DELICIOUS cake we have ever had. John was so easy to work with and delivered the cake to our wedding venue. We also stopped in last weekend for a treat and he gave us one of his cooking books as a wedding present. A fabulous place to get a wedding cake, if you only need a small one.

Pretty good bakery, but I generally go there for some of the other things they carry rather than their baked goods. I'm especially a fan of some of the salad dressings that they offer, specifically the "Leelanau Country Inn" salad. My favorites among those dressings are the Greek and the Cherry Maple Vinaigrette -- we always buy a box to take home whenever we're in Leland!
