I ordered the beef donair with sirocco bread for takeout. The beef had a nice charred flavour and was tasty. The sirocco bread was soft but not overly doughy. It had a pleasant texture. Overall the wrap was very enjoyable and the waffle fries were crisp. 2 things that could be improved on: the beef had some gristle and my personal opinion is that the wrap could have a little more sauce some parts had very little sauce. Otherwise a pleasant meal and the owner was very nice and friendly. I would definitely come back again to try more of their menu items.
Great good and great service. The owners was running the place that day and the food looked and smelled delicious. It was time we get more Mediterranean cuisine into Maple Ridge. The lamb shank was so tender and really great portions. Hope you do well. I’ll be back.
It's great to see authentic Middle Eastern being served in Maple Ridge. Chicken Donair on their baked in house flatbread $11 was amazing, the flatbread is so soft and it's easy to eat. This tastes almost as good as the stuff from back home. I love how it's cut in small pieces. You get some savory flavors, a touch of garlic, and it's cut by the acidity of the pickles. I also tried the beef which is just as good, depending on your preference. It's served with waffle fries which were meh. Lamb Shank with rice and potato comes with homous, vege stew, and pita for $12 was pretty damn good. The value is honestly insane with big portions. The rice is well made, the potato is soft, the lamb fell off the bone. The flavors are milder and the lamb wasn't gamey. Really well made. Full disclosure, I've had better lamb before, but never at this price. Beef Hummus $10 it's home made hummus, topped with their beef, served with bread. I like that the hummus is a bit milder with the garlic, perfectly creamy and smooth. TLDR: try this place, prices are fair and it is really good
By far the best Mediterranean food in the Fraser Valley! We ordered and my Wife and Daughter picked up the food and said the staff were very friendly. Well all I have to say is WOW ! The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I have 2 very picky eaters and all 5 of us enjoyed everything we ordered and what was recommended to us. The steak, chicken, kebab, waffle fries, rice, Greek salad and Hummus were DELICIOUS !!! Will be eating and ordering from here often! Hats off to the chef for the fresh and extraordinary food!!!
I got two kebab meals today and the food was pretty good. The meat was a tiny bit dryer than I have had at other places hut unfortunately there’s no other places for a good kebab anywhere near that I know of. Their poster times are 11-8 but I have seen them closed earlier due to lack of product which is to be expected of a new place. Hopefully they perfect their cooking next time I try them because I love a good kebab!
Boyfriend and I both had the chicken donair and an order of waffle fries to share. Food was really great. Definitely would stop here for lunch again. We really enjoyed the lentil soup which we didn’t realize came with our order. Our only critique was the tzatziki sauce seemed a bit watered down, or maybe just not enough sauce ‍
Wow!!! Great service. They are so friendly and generous with their portions. The food is very flavourful and fresh. The scirocco fire bread is worth every penny!! The chicken/beef is yummy!!! Great flavours!! Very authentic!!!!
Delicious! I’ve tried almost all Falafals in Vancouver and Langley, and I can say that Sirocco’s Falafel is in my top-3. Very nice bread, fresh vegatables, tasty sauces.
I am totally disappointed with donairs we have bought for kids. I wanted to cry when I saw all 3 doinars that were burnt the bread and meat inside. I came to return them, but it was too late. If you did mistake and burnt it, do not wrap it thinking that no one will see it. We were all hungry and at the end ate nothing. If you treat your customers this way, you will never be successful in this business. Please check photo I leave
Great Middle Eastern food. Good experience during take-out - offered to assist to get them to the car with the two packages. Food was hot, tasty and well made and neatly packaged. Definitely will try again.
