Stop hiring people that do not know what customer service means or train better. I got told I wasn't allowed to take the shirt that was on the mannequin because it was for visual? Ive worked in so many retail stores not once have I ever encountered someone telling that. I just hated the attitude of the girls working there and realized everyone in retail is miserable and thats why i left, so i do understand but at the end of the day being nice and pleasant doesn't hurt anyone :) And as someone who used to be a secret shopper, this place would not pass simply because staff's are not trained properly or simply don't care.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Rude associates. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Can barely even speak with an acceptable tone of voice

I had the worst experience with this store I went to exchange a sequin skirt that I had bought without trying on, it still had the original tags on but I had misplaced the receipt. This skirt scratched my legs and I knew I would NEVER wear it I tried explaining it to the manager at the store and she said she can't do anything. This is outrageous I left the skirt there and walked out. The customer service at this place is horrible never going to shop from sirens again. They should really hire people who have some sort of customer service skills. I give this place 0 stars ! The manager clearly was insensitive I was not asking for money back just a simple exchange. Hire people who have good customer service and managerial skills.
